PROMOTERS

Mr. Devesh Bhuva Managing Partner

Mr. Devesh Bhuva is a Commerce graduate from University of Madras and has done his Post-Graduation in Sales & Marketing from National Institute of Sales (NIS). He joined his father’s business of Finance in the year 1992 and handled his father’s business for 11 years. In the year 2003, he entered in to the real estate industry as a Real Estate agent and has helped many leading builders & High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) acquire prime properties in & around chennai. In the year 2007, he joined a leading Real Estate Developer as General Manager – Land Sourcing, Legal, Approvals, Sales & Marketing. He has handled various IT/Commercial/Residential projects right from its concept initialization, negotiations with land owners & closing the deals, Designing the project with the help of leading Architects, getting approvals from all government agencies, getting all legal documents vetted from lawyers, Regular supervision of projects during the construction phase, Designing the Marketing Strategy of every project, Leasing & sales of IT projects & sales of Residential projects. In total he has handled 1(One) million sft of IT projects & 4(Four) million sft of Residential projects (2000+ flats) in a span of 12 years. He resigned from his job and started Vibrant Offices & Homes LLP in February 2020 along with his wife Mrs. Pooja Bhuva.

Mrs.Pooja Bhuva Partner

Mrs. Pooja Bhuva is a Commerce Post-Graduate from University of Mumbai and has also done her Diploma in HR from University of Mumbai. She started her career as a HR - Executive in ABC consultants Pvt Ltd (India’s Leading HR consultancy firm) and worked there for 3 years. After marriage she was a home maker for several years taking care of her family responsibilities. In the year 2016, she along with 3 other partners started a master batch manufacturing unit “Vibrant Colortech Pvt Ltd”(VCPL) and expanded to its 2nd manufacturing unit in the year 2019 in the name of Vibrant Specialty Plasto LLP(VSPL).Both the factories are set up in Ambattur and have 100+ people working for the company. She is a Shareholder/Partner in both the companies and used to handle Administration, HR, Accounts & Finance.
